The Kitchen is in Hancock County Tennessee, near the
intersection of
State Highways 31 and 131. Clinch-Powell
Community Kitchen: Is
now named the Jubilee Country Store and
Eatery. It is
where we are preparing food to feed the
young and elderly by our
new program called “The
Bread
of Life” (Then Jesus
declared, “I am the bread of life.
He who comes to me will never go
hungry, and he who believes in me will
never be thirsty, John 6:35). We
will be providing hot meals for
families in the three county regions.
The meals served here in the
dinning area will be donation suggested
meals and we are also hoping to
work with home Health to provide meals
for shut-ins. The Old Flat Gap
Elementary School: Houses
the new Jubilee Country Store
and Eatery, Grand
opening was June 29th. It
is an outlet for the Clinch
Appalachian
Artisans Cooperative, and
other local artist who
may sell their Arts & Crafts and
where local farmers can sell their
produce. We are looking for help in
building a large dormitory cabin,
for use of workcamps staying the summer
and will be available for
churches to use in the off season for
retreats and group programs.
